What is AakrutiAI?+
AakrutiAI is an AI-powered thumbnail generator that creates scroll-stopping thumbnails for YouTube, Shorts, and Reels in under 2 minutes — optimised for Indian creators.
Do I need any design experience?+
No. Pick a template, upload a reference image of yourself, enter a hook line — we handle composition, background, typography, and branding.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Sign up and you get free credits to try the Service. See pricing for full details.
Credits & billing
How do credits work?+
Each thumbnail generation consumes credits (typically 1 credit per generation). Credits are granted with your plan each billing cycle.
What happens to unused credits?+
On most plans, unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Refer to your plan details at checkout.
Which payment methods are supported?+
All major Indian methods via Easebuzz — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I cancel?+
Settings → Billing → Cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
AI & face consistency
Which AI models power AakrutiAI?+
We use Google Gemini (primary image-generation model) and Replicate models for specific finishing passes. Model choices are tuned for speed and face-identity preservation.
Will my face look the same across different thumbnails?+
Yes. Face consistency is a core product requirement — our 3-pass pipeline preserves your facial identity across every variant.
What if I don't want my real face used?+
You can skip the face reference step and generate text-forward or icon-based thumbnails. Or create a stylised avatar once and reuse it.
Is my uploaded content used to train AI models?+
No. Your uploads are sent to AI providers only to fulfill your specific generation request. We do not train our own models on your data.
Content & usage rights
Who owns the thumbnails I generate?+
You do. Subject to our Terms of Service and the underlying AI providers' terms, you are free to use generated thumbnails commercially.
Can I generate thumbnails with other people's faces?+
Only with their explicit consent. Generating content of real people without permission violates our Terms and may violate Indian law.
Are there any prohibited uses?+
Yes. See "Acceptable Use" in our Terms of Service. Summary: no unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
Privacy & security
How is my data protected?+
TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported, hashed passwords, and role-based access. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Email support@aakrutiai.com from your registered address. We delete your account and associated content within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Where do I report a security issue?+
Responsibly disclose to support@aakrutiai.com. Please don't publicly disclose issues before we've had a chance to fix them.
